We are seeking a Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our Marketing team and play a key role in leveraging data to drive business decisions. What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain the Marketing data warehouse to ensure scalable and efficient storage of business-critical data.
Design, implement, and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or reporting systems.
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, insights, and actionable recommendations to support business objectives.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide stakeholders with real-time data access.
Partner with the Marketing team to understand their needs and deliver data solutions tailored to their goals.
Assist in defining and tracking KPIs.
Maintain and enhance the integrity, accuracy, and quality of data.
Identify gaps in data collection and implement strategies to improve data quality and availability.
Use statistical techniques and machine learning models to forecast trends, measure campaign performance, and support strategic planning.
Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate potential improvements.
Translate analysis into clear, actionable insights to improve product performance, optimize marketing campaigns, and drive customer success initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field such as Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related analytical discipline.
3-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Experience with ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, SSIS, Informatica, dbt, or similar).
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery).
Experience working with Salesforce or Hubspot data and integration into analytics workflows.
Experience in SaaS metrics and understanding of business models like ARR, churn, LTV, and CAC.
Exposure to marketing analytics, cohort analysis, or product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Hubspot, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
Strong communication and storytelling skillsability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
