We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (replacement for maternity leave) to join our team.
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will:
Create a talent pipeline framework for the companys current and future hiring needs
Taking end-to-end responsibility for the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers at all levels
Write job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates through online channels
Conduct interviews, salary offers, and meeting new employees on their first day for the onboarding process
Lead different initiatives in the department and work closely with internal and external interfaces both global and local.

Requirements:
5+ years experience as a talent acquisition expert or similar role
Proven experience in technology recruitment as well as high-level non-tech positions (Director and above)
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting including various interview techniques
BA in human resources management or other relevant fields
High level of English (reading, writing, speaking).
