The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
You will:
Maintaining direct contact with customers and building long-term relationships
Program Management: Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects within a program to ensure alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams - operations, R&D, QA, integration, services, hardware, etc.,
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure projects stay on track.
Budget and Resource Allocation: Manage program budgets, optimize resource allocation, and drive cost efficiency.
Process Improvement: Continuously analyze workflows, suggest improvements, and implement best practices.
Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, monitor program progress, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Taking responsibility for the masterwork plan across company divisions: operations, R&D, QA, integration, services, hardware, etc.
Defining, prioritizing, negotiating and communicating customer requirements
leadership, and external stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications
5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the Cyber, telecom, security or information domains (inbound and outbound)
Occasional travel
Strong multitasking capabilities
Fluent English

Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
