Mid-Level Data Analyst

We're Agora, an early-stage Fintech startup based in TLV on a mission to revolutionize the way Real Estate firms and investors manage their capital. Our Investment Management software help companies raise and preserve more capital by automating their back-office operations, increasing their investors' satisfaction, and providing them with advanced tools for better marketing efforts.

As a Data Analyst at Agora Real Estate, you will harness the power of data to drive strategic decision-making and help redefine the landscape of real estate technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop insights that influence our product offerings and operational efficiencies.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
SQL Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for complex querying, data manipulation, and analysis.
Business Intelligence Tools Expertise: Demonstrated experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, and other similar platforms. Ability to leverage these tools to derive business insights and drive decision-making.
Excel Mastery: Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a strong understanding of advanced functions, data visualization, and spreadsheet modeling for data analysis purposes.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data clearly and concisely.
Experience in managing large datasets and creating strategic insights from data.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Data Validation: Oversee the validation of both incoming data and output generated by the team to ensure accuracy and reliability in all data sets and analytics outputs and maintain high standards for data quality and integrity.
Internal Data Flow Optimization: Partner with your data team to enhance the internal flow of data. Focus on streamlining processes to ensure efficient data access and utilization across the company.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with multiple teams and provide them with the needed data to drive decision-making processes.
