We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to optimize HR processes, maintain SAP SuccessFactors, and support employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
Maintain SAP SuccessFactors with accurate employee records.
Coordinate with payroll for timely processing.
Generate HR reports and analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2+ years in HR operations or another HR role- advantage
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors advantage.
Fluent English mandatory.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
