About the Role: Were looking for a data Analyst to analyze data related to our install base, provide insights, and support business decisions. Youll collaborate with teams to identify trends, create reports, and help drive process improvements for quality and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities Analyze data related to customer satisfaction and install base. Identify and interpret trends in complex data sets using statistical techniques. Create dashboards and ad hoc reports for the customer satisfaction team. Work closely with the BI team to acquire and clean data for accurate reporting. Collaborate with management to prioritize business needs. Define and improve data collection and analysis processes for better visibility. Forecast for service and business aspects long-term. Implement new tools like Machine Learning Azure, and explore new technologies

Requirements:
What Youll Need 2+ years experience as a data Analyst or Business data Analyst?? Degree in Mathematics Economics Computer Science Information Management, or Statistics?? Knowledge of SQL reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects), and statistical tools (Excel, SPSS, SAS).?? Strong experience with Power BI / Tableau or other data visualization tools. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication skills to work with global teams and present data findings clearly.
