As a Recruitment Coordinator in the company You will be responsible for Leading end-to-end recruitment processes across all company sites.
locating recruitment sources and sourcing.
Advertising jobs in various media,
filtering and sorting resumes.
Conducting Initial Interviews, writing reviews, making referrals.
and supporting managers in the recruitment processes.
Possibility to develop in additional human resources areas.

Requirements:
Proven experience of at least one year as a recruitment coordinator Must
Experience in mass recruitment?a significant advantage
Experience in recruiting in healthcare organizations an advantage
Positive personality, good energy and motivation, creativity and ability to deal with challenges.
Ability to work independently and also as part of a team when necessary.
Experience working in a computerized environment and/or recruitment software.
