we are looking for a Finance Operations
Oversee the day-to-day financial and operational activities of the company, including human resources administration, financial administrative activities, financial reporting and annual budget control. The role will require you to be tuned to the needs of the organization (management and employees alike)
Employee onboarding and offboarding
Support the salary and stock option administration
Day-to-day payments
Oversee budget status and accounting
Financial reporting to authorities and investors
Review, comment, prepare basic contracts
Implementing automated HR and finance interfaces
Manage the companys office manager
The ideal candidate should have a combination of interpersonal skills, experience in finance, legal, and HR aspects, common sense and high-performance abilities
