Were a fast-growing international media company, and were on the hunt for a proactive, tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to join our global IT team in Kiryat Ono If you're passionate about IT, love solving technical challenges, and want to work in a dynamic, international environment this ones for you.?? What You'll Be Doing: Own IT operations Oversee hardware, software, and network infrastructure across multiple locations. Be the go-to tech expert Troubleshoot, install, and upgrade IT systems to keep things running smoothly. Google Workspace (G Suite) Pro Support, configure, and optimize Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and more. Manage user access & security Keep our systems secure and user-friendly. Lead IT onboarding & offboarding Ensure smooth transitions for new and departing employees. Drive automation & integration Optimize workflows with Monday.com, Freshdesk, Slack, Integromat, Zapier, and more. Virtual servers & cloud Manage and maintain Linux & Windows servers for maximum efficiency. Lead a small remote IT team Assign tasks, set priorities, and mentor team members. Monitor IT costs & budgets Keep IT spending in check while ensuring top performance.

Requirements:
? What You Bring: 2+ years of experience in IT Support / Help desk roles.
* Deep knowledge of networks, systems, and hardware
* Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
* Familiarity with Active Directory (AD) tools and cloud platforms a plus!
* Experience with automation tools (Integromat, Zapier, Monday.com, etc.) a big advantage. Fluent English working in a global environment is second nature to you.
* Service-oriented, problem-solving mindset you love tackling IT challenges. Self-starter with a passion for learning and staying ahead of tech trends.
