Requirements:
What We're Looking For: BA/B.Sc. in Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economics or another quantitative fieldMinimum of 3 years of working as a data Analyst in a B2C companyOutstanding data querying skills using SQL, TOAD, Tableau, Excel, or any other applications.Prior Experience with Reporting and Visualization Tools - PowerBI advantage Understanding of MS Excel (macros, VLOOKUPs, VBA) and PowerPointBasic project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple work streams, track progress and effectively communicate and handle expectations.Excellent analytical skills and business judgment.Exposure to Cloud environments (e.g. GCP, AWS, or Azure)Exposure to DevOps tools and principles (Git, CI/CD, Docker)Experience with analytical tools such as Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy, MatplotlibHighly analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving, especially under tight deadlinesEnthusiasm for being part of a mission-driven companyA great communicator who can convey clear messages in EnglishBig Advantage: Genuine Passion for or experience in the dating industry/
