As a pivotal player in a dynamic global market, the User Acquisition Manager role is not just a job it's a mission. Entrusted with a multi-million dollar monthly budget, you will spearhead campaigns across a worldwide audience. Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive e-commerce sales effectively.
Analyze e-commerce trends, consumer behaviors, and market dynamics to inform advertising strategies.
Design and refine marketing funnels to optimize customer journeys from awareness to conversion.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, funnel analysis, and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online advertising with overall e-commerce and marketing goals.
Continuously analyze data to identify opportunities and challenges within the e-commerce strategy.

Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns in an e-commerce setting.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles and e-commerce best practices.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in an actionable manner.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple campaigns.
Experience in D2C, wellness, health, nutrition, diet, fitness, or supplements industries highly valued.
