As a Data Analyst, you will work with the Payments and Banking teams to ensure and drive the growth of Remitly's products
The data analyst should master the skills of data analysis, analytics engineering, business understanding and the ability to present data in a coherent way
You Will:
Conduct ad hoc research and investigate data incidents.
Build reconciliation processes to ensure data validity.
Build monitoring & alerting processes to detect data anomalies.
Utilize technical skills in data analysis to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
Present data findings in a clear and coherent manner to facilitate stakeholder understanding.
Collaborate with the analytics team and engage with product and engineering managers to support strategic product initiatives.

3 years of experience in the data analytics space.
Advanced proficiency in SQL enabling comprehensive database querying and complex data manipulation.
Ability to present complex information in easily understood visualizations (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker etc.).
Ability to present in English the analytical story to executives, channel owners, and partners.
Biased for Action: willing to build the first prototype, and continuously improve based on learnings.
Possess a natural curiosity to dive into the details and have a strong analytical mindset.
Advantages:
Experience working in a financial services company.
Experience developing data pipelines.
Python Knowledge.
You Have:
3 years of experience in the data analytics space.
