Client Success Manager serves as the primary contact for our clients and ensures a smooth and orderly flow of information/objectives between departments. Theyre also responsible for strategizing overall marketing initiatives through collaboration with the client, ad campaign managers, and the creative team.

Responsibilities include:
Developing a deep understanding of the clients business and marketing needs.
Strategic planning and troubleshooting client-company issues.
Being the sole POC and taking on full responsibility of a clients portfolio.
Building and maintaining close professional relationships with clients.
Preparing and reporting operational insight and project management information to clients.
Analyzing data and making informed, numbers-driven decisions to optimize client campaigns and strategies.
Coordinating with our in-house Google, Facebook, creative and tech teams to plan, execute, and refine marketing activities.

Requirements:
Previous experience within digital marketing - advantage.
2-4 years of experience in B2B client-relations management.
Native English speaker with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
International client management experience - in live situations (eg - calls, Zoom, face to face).
Proven ability to analyze numerical data and translate it into strategic insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Accent and MySQL - advantage).
Experience with productivity tools like Salesforce, Slack, etc - advantage.
Strong attention to detail, organized, thorough, efficient, and a clear communicator.
Must be confident, articulate, and possess strong presentation skills.
