We are seeking a senior UA Group Lead to manage our user acquisition channels; Performance advertising, SEO, and Partnership teams. As a critical management role, this position demands a leader with deep analytical skills and a proven track record in driving performance marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute and lead data-driven digital marketing campaigns, and implement growth strategies across paid performance, SEO, partnerships and influencers.
Lead and mentor a team of highly data-driven professionals.
Analyze key metrics to optimize and scale marketing efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies.
Generate performance reports for all major metrics, goals, and KPIs.
Initiate new methods and seek new channels and opportunities to meet potential customers in the right spot.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Partner with the product team to align growth strategies with product development and business needs.

Requirements:
Extensive experience in performance marketing and SEO
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing and user acquisition
Proven leadership and team management experience (at least 4 years of managerial experience)
Proven track record of managing large-scale advertising budgets and delivering successful results.
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, Vlookup, and advanced data manipulation and analysis formulas.
Excellent communication in both Hebrew and English and collaboration skills
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability for strategic thinking, with the capacity and passion for tactical execution
Marketing analyst experience - a plus.
