We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who has an eye for such talent. We will provide you with the best tools and practices in order to bring the best in the industry and support our continuous growth. By mapping the talent pool, engaging with top talent and sharing your expertise with our team, you will have the unique opportunity to influence the way that will look like in the future.
Responsibilities:
Directly engage with top talent in order to attract and close hard to fill positions
Provide extensive market insights regarding the local and international talent pool
Be our talent sourcing go-to person and share your expertise with the team
Build robust processes to keep track on current and future prospects

Requirements:
Experience at a Talent Sourcer or a related position from in-house, agency, out-staffing or outsourcing companies (bonus points for experience with R&D positions)
Proven track record of attracting and closing hard to fill positions
Deep understanding of the Israeli talent market trends
Creativity and out of the box thinking
