We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in establishing our new Data Analysis Department. This individual will also contribute to the product department, helping to build its infrastructure from the ground up. This presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of data analysis within our company.
Responsibilities:
In the BI analyst role, the individual must be able to independently build and analyze reports in Power BI.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI to create interactive visualizations and dashboards.
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, clustering, and segmentation.
Familiarity with data cleaning and preprocessing techniques to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Ability to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, outliers, and anomalies.
Experience with data mining techniques and machine learning algorithms to uncover insights and build predictive models.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
