Data Analyst

As part of our commitment to excellence and growth, we are seeking a Data Analyst focused on customer‑facing analytics dashboards. This role is not just about crunching numbers; it's about storytelling with data. You will shape the way our customers see and act on their information, working closely with our AI‑driven platform to surface insights that matter.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Development: Design and build end‑to‑end dashboards in REAL Platform that deliver clear, actionable insights to our customers.
Data Exploration & Insight Generation: Dive deep into diverse datasets, propose the metrics customers care about, and translate findings into compelling narratives and visualizations.
SQL & Data Modeling: Write efficient, scalable SQL against Postgres (and other data warehouses) to prepare data sets and ensure data integrity.
AI‑Augmented Analytics: Craft prompts for our internal AI agent to automate chart creation, summarization, and anomaly detection; iterate on agent outputs to maximize value.
Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to understand user needs and continuously enhance analytics offerings.
Best Practices & Quality: Champion visualization and data governance best practices, validating results and maintaining high standards of accuracy, performance, and usability.

Requirements

2–3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role.
Advanced SQL skills and comfort working in cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake.
Proven expertise with at least one major BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio).
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate ambiguous questions into data‑driven answers and KPIs.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Self‑driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Python, or other data transformation tools.
Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering for data analysis or narrative generation.
Knowledge of corporate real estate or prop‑tech domains.
Experience with version control (Git).
