Program Manager

As part of our Balance business growth, we are looking for a collaborative and experienced Program Manager. We’re looking for someone with a strong ability to drive delivery processes, lead complex cross-functional projects, and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for building collaboration between teams to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality software products.

Requirements:

To be a Program Manager you need…

3+ years of experience with proven technical and business Program. Management and Agile methodologies at scale (must).
Data-driven way of thinking.
Willing to take part in designing and shaping the Balance delivery method.
Experience working both with upper management to drive results.
Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

As a Program Manager at Balance you will...

Collaborate with all teams, mid and upper management to ensure alignment with the company’s strategy, commitments and goals.
Lead cross-company technical initiatives and hold E2E plans.
Lead delivery projects.
Manage highly technical cross-functional programs, from inception to delivery
Be a central player in developing the procedures, and determining how to manage our programs.
Design and own new operational processes which will ensure an efficient and productive way of working.
