Responsibilities
Own and lead monetization strategies across IAP, Ads, and D2C platforms.
Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, R&D, Economy, UA, and Analytics teams.
Define KPIs, track performance, and leverage insights to continuously improve monetization efforts.
Stay ahead of market trends and best practices in gaming monetization.
Build and execute a monetization roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth strategies.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in monetization roles within the gaming industry, strong advantage for mobile free-to-play, casual, or midcore games.
Deep understanding of IAP models, ad monetization, LiveOps, and game economy design principles.
Proven track record of managing KPIs such as ARPU, ARPPU, Retention, LTV, and Conversion Rates.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Tableau, Mix panel, or similar.
Business-driven mindset with a deep understanding of player psychology & motivations.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
