POP!- Monetization Manager

Our booming app Pop!-Slots delivers one-of-a-kind social experiences where players can play together and interact in real-time.

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager- Monetization to join our Games team, work with us to serve our huge community of players, and take advantage of the opportunities at hand.

We need someone with a great creative mind, who loves data, and has a passion for running an operation at scale. We also need him or her to be a team player, leader, and fun to work with and amazing in general. If that’s you, don’t be shy!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Plan day-to-day promotions to to drive revenue growth and reach business targets.
• Collaborate with different teams (Economy, Creative, Product, Operations and Analytics) in order to execute promotions.
• Manage the operational launch of promotions - streamlining the production, monitoring results, reacting accordingly, analyzing the promotions, and bringing insights for optimization
• Monitoring and analyzing in-game activities and players’ engagement with them, against target business KPIs.
• Continually test, innovate, and iterate ongoing programs.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in the mobile gaming industry.
• Analytical work experience.
• Strong English written/verbal communication skills.
• A “people person” - positive, initiator, curious, independent and a quick learner.
• Can-do approach and ability to make things happen.
• Outstanding creativity.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  
  

• Knowledge of SQL.
• A focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games.
