What You'll Do:

Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with different stakeholders across the company to understand data needs.
Design, lead, and exemplify new processes with various stakeholders to enhance data-driven decisions across the company.
Together with the data engineering team, play a major part in designing tables and defining their rules and structure, both for optimizing existing tables, bringing in new data, and modeling it in tables.
Identify trends and patterns in data to inform product and business strategy.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze results.
You will report to the Data Analytics Team Lead.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science).
3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing.
Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R - Advantage.
Familiarity with Warehouse/data lake tools such as Databricks/ Redshift/ BigQuery/ Snowflake/ Athena/ Unity Catalog - Advantage.
Hands-on experience with Claude Code / LLM API - Advantage.
