The Solution Technical Support Expert will be an integral part of the R&D group, responsible for alleviating the development teams from ongoing support tasks. This role requires a deep understanding of our complex system, the ability to see the whole picture, and the expertise to manage support tasks independently.
As an employee you will:
System Expertise: Understand and oversee the entire system flow, providing comprehensive support.
Technical Troubleshooting: Read code, analyze logs, write scripts for debugging, and handle automation environments.
Communication: Share information and status updates clearly and precisely in wide audience meetings.
Collaboration: Work effectively with various interfaces and teams to ensure seamless support operations

Self-Management: Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively
Advantage:
Knowledge in cellular networks, VoLTE
