Technical Support Engineer

Role Description The Technical Support Engineer will provide day-to-day technical assistance to customers using MotionTech’s test and measurement solutions. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, and delivering clear, professional support via phone, email, and on-site visits. The role involves installing and configuring systems, supporting integration with existing customer equipment, documenting issues and resolutions, and collaborating with engineering and sales teams to improve products and services. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ein Vered, requiring close interaction with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to handle complex test and measurement systems.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Customer Service capabilities to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to identify root causes, interpret technical data, and propose effective solutions.
• Relevant engineering or technical education (e.g., electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with sensors, data acquisition systems, or industrial test environments is an advantage.
• Ability to read technical documentation, follow procedures, and create clear support reports and guides.
• Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
