We are seeking a talented and motivated Business/ data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering unforgettable experiences to our players.
As a Business Analyst you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive business decisions and improve game performance.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Design, you will help identify opportunities, solve challenges, and optimize both player experiences and company performance.
Analyzing complex data sets representing the behavior of online and mobile game players to address strategic and operational business questions.
Working closely with internal departments to drive insights that will help produce better games and that will drive monetization and retention improvements.
Building automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key business metrics and players experiences.
Managing multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Requirements:
2+ years of analytical work experience, preferably for a web or mobile company, or in the online gaming industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) and experience working with large datasets to inform decisions.
A methodological approach to data together with the ability to present the data clearly and efficiently to support business decisions.
Advanced Excel knowledge Strong advantage.
Advanced knowledge in statistical models.
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Great communication skills someone who can turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
A true passion for understanding consumers social gaming behavior and tolerance for ambiguity.
BA/B.Sc. in Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economics or another quantitative field.
