We are seeking an experienced HR operations specialist to join our HR team. As an HR operations specialist, you will deliver impact by transforming data and analysis into insights and recommendations to inform the strategic direction of the company. You will be responsible for:

Be responsible for all aspects of the business area’s employee lifecycle: Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, documenting new hires into our HRIS ( Hi BOB), and administering their monthly benefits.
Prepare and submit employment data changes for new hires, transfers, and promotions.
Review policies and procedures and define new ones, ensuring we are compliant in all of our labor processes and local legislation
Prepare and deliver termination paperwork, including surveys and coordination of all off-boarding activities
Maintain employee records and files while focusing on data integrity, and organization
Partner with the account team and handle local finance and count payments
Support the implementation and administration of Global People Operations programs such as people review, benefits, HRIS, and global mobility.
Lead the development and implementation of data analyses, visualizations, and predictive analytics to provide people trends and insights to the rest of the organization.
Be the main point of contact for all people analytics within the business
Use data to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of key strategic projects and processes within the HR function

Requirements:

1-3 years of business experience, preferably in the Human Resources field
Extensive knowledge of Excel
Familiarity with “Hi Bob” system
Excellent analytics skills with high attention to detail
Fluent in English
