We Need You! Were looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to lead and support our IT efforts. In this role, youll be at the forefront of planning, organizing, and executing all IT functions across the company. Your responsibilities will range from managing software subscriptions and hardware assets to overseeing office infrastructure and ensuring top-notch security processes. Youll also lead technical projects, manage device solutions, and work closely with vendors to launch new tools. This is a dynamic role that blends hands-on tasks with strategic planning, making it ideal for someone ready to take ownership and drive impact.
Key Responsibilities Install, Configure, and Maintain Systems: Manage company computers, hardware, and networks, ensuring reliable operation. IT Strategy and Security: Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes; ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are functioning properly. Desktop and Endpoint Management: Lead desktop and helpdesk support, resolve issues quickly, manage employee endpoints using MDM software (e.g., Jamf), and ensure minimal disruption to daily operations. Hardware and Equipment Management: Execute hardware purchasing, logistics, and inventory for employees; deploy and maintain networking, video conferencing, and other physical equipment in our Tel Aviv office Collaboration: Work closely with the security team to provide patches and resolve security issues; collaborate with vendors to launch new tools and support IT-related projects. Environment Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting across a hybrid Mac/Windows environment, supporting users and ensuring smooth system performance.
