50% - Travel abroad - Europe and USA
50% Work from offices in Israel

- Install and commission equipment at customer locations worldwide.
- Provide remote Technical Support to customers various applications
- Provide worldwide on-site Technical Support to customers.
- Train customers on equipment usage and maintenance procedures.
- Conduct preventive maintenance.
- Identify and diagnose equipment malfunction, take necessary corrective actions to ensure all systems are operating excellent
- Writing & editing professional technical documents on a variety of equipment.

Requirements:
At least 3-years prior experience in a Technical Support or field service role, from multi-disciplinary companies.
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent level of English
