Training team lead

We are looking for a Global Learning & Training team lead as part of our growing delivery team. We seek an innovative professional who can drive our global customer's training strategy while managing a diverse team across multiple locations. The position includes meetings with many diverse global clients, training and learning development. You'll be a key member of our middle management team, collaborating across all company departments to create and implement cutting-edge learning solutions. Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a global learning & training team
* Drive internal knowledge management initiatives
* Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
* Develop and deliver training materials in English and Hebrew
* Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences: internal teams, partners, and customers
* Manage end-user customer training programs
* Innovate and modernize our e-learning platforms and methodologies
* Execute special projects as assigned by department management
* Lead and organize customer events - both physical and virtual
* Oversee external knowledge portal management.
