Jr. Customer Success Manager

A fast-growing, award-winning leader in advanced threat detection, is looking for a talented, Success Manager to be the first CSM and help our customers make the most out. You would be part of our Customer Success and would be focused on our customer journey, including deployment, onboarding and renewal with the target to increase adoption of solutions and drive growth. * Responsible for new accounts on boarding * Be the focal point for the customers every need and become a trusted advisor with customers by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs with our solutions. * Nurture the relationship with the customer through ongoing communication and periodic meetings. * Analyze problems, investigate and provide solutions to various problems while meeting SLAs. * Be proactive by looking at product usage and help customers to get better business decisions and understand the product potential. * Close cooperation with various internal stakeholders (Research and Development teams, product) to ensure quick resolution of issues, reflect products feedback and new requests. * Understand customer needs and help to shape product.
