We are looking for a Global Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our hiring efforts worldwide. To succeed in your role, recruitment must be your passion. Your main purpose will be to help us shape our organization's future by hiring talents.
What am I going to do?
Manage all hiring processes for our Group.
Monitoring and challenging recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring and managing a team of global recruiters.
Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
Lead all sourcing strategies and look into global hiring trends in light of new geographical expansions and alternatives.
Manag our external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and HR software vendors.
Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget, Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.

Requirements:
At least 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technology roles
At least 5 years of management experience, and managing a global team
Experience with Headcount management, budgets, etc.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify metrics and data to back up your strategy
Knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements
High level of English&Hebrew - written and verbal.
At least 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technology roles
