In your role as an Algorithm Engineer as part of Storage Algorithms Group, you will develop state-of-the-art error correction and DSP algorithms for storage media. You will engage in both theoretical and practical research, with the goal of enhancing the performance of mass storage solutions that are embedded in products. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical skills to create an impact on hundreds of millions of end-users while working with top industry professionals.
Description
Conduct and lead algorithm research and development, including theoretical analysis, modeling in simulation, and specifications for HW and/or FW implementation
Hold technical review sessions with key stakeholders to present the proposed algorithms and their system implications
Support FW, VLSI, and validation teams in the implementation and productization of next-generation storage DSP and error correction algorithms

Requirements:
BSc in EE or CS with distinction; MSc or PhD an advantage
At least 3 years of experience in developing DSP algorithms
Strong coding skills in Matlab/C++
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in communication, information theory, and/or error correction codes an advantage
Strong theoretical and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
