Senior Algorithm Developer – Computer Vision & AI

We are looking for an experienced Algorithm Developer to join our team and work on advanced Computer Vision, Image Processing, and AI solutions.

The role combines algorithmic research and hands-on development, working on complex image and video understanding challenges within large scale Electro Optics (EO), intelligence, and surveillance systems.

What you’ll do:

• Design and develop advanced algorithms for image and video understanding and analysis.
• Work on diverse Computer Vision & AI tasks, including:
• Multimodal & Zero-Shot Learning
• Object Detection
• Image Enhancement
• Generative AI
• Instance & Semantic Segmentation
• Object Tracking
• Lead algorithmic R&D tasks independently, from concept to implementation.
• Develop and implement production grade algorithms.
• Collaborate closely with Software and System Engineering teams.
• Contribute to system integration, optimization, and the development of complex multidisciplinary solutions.

Requirements:

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Image Processing, Computer Vision, and/or Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience developing production-grade algorithms.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning methodologies and frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of classic Computer Vision algorithms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system level thinking skills.
• Ability to independently lead technical tasks while working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
