Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the companys business and operational strategy to align with our vision and goals.
- Manage the companys budget, including overseeing significant capital-raising initiatives.
- Take full responsibility for achieving the companys business objectives and financial targets.
- Lead and manage all company employees, including the CTO, development teams, and headquarters staff.
- Foster and implement processes for talent acquisition, development, and retention of human capital.
- Initiate and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations on an international scale.

- Proven executive management experience mandatory.
- Full proficiency in English at a native level (both spoken and written) mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale budgets mandatory.
- Extensive experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and conducting high-level negotiations mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional organizational capabilities, time management, and the ability to lead organizational change effectively.
Position Details:
- Full-time position based in the companys headquarters in Ramat Gan.
- Requires regular international travel.
- High availability is required, including flexibility to respond during non-standard hours
