e are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to join our team as the CEO of a
production plant based in Cochin, India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
the electronics industry and possess strong management skills to oversee all aspects of the
company, including sales, marketing, and production.
Key Responsibilities:
? Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, establish and
maintain relationships with customers and subcontractors.
? Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to enhance global supply chain
efficiency and drive profitability.

Requirements:
Extensive experience in electronics, especially in PCB manufacturing, machining, and injection processes.
Experience in China/India, understanding local business practices.
Knowledge of import/export regulations and tax compliance.
Strong financial management, including P L oversight.
Leadership and team-building skills.
Bachelors or Masters in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Multilingual proficiency (Mandarin, Hindi) is a plus.
Willingness to relocate to Cochin, India.
