Maison Kayser Israel is looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to oversee our
bakery and pastry business organizations ongoing operations and procedures. You will be
responsible for the efficiency of business.

The CEO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the
Shareholders. Youll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you
to be an experienced and efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills, business
acumen and exemplary work ethics, wed like to meet you.

The goal of the CEO position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and
sustainable growth.

Requirements:
-CV in English and/or French only-

Proven experience as CEO/COO or relevant role, with food and beverage management
experience;
.Understanding of support and business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc;
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development;

Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics;
Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office;
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities;
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving;
Degree in food service management or related field is a plus;
Being able to effectively communicate in French is a plus;
Proven experience in developing a franchise network would be a plus.
