Job Overview:
A dynamic cybersecurity company is seeking an experienced CEO to lead the company's strategic direction and growth. The ideal candidate will drive the company's expansion in the USA, overseeing both the R&D team and sales operations. The CEO will be responsible for delivering on company goals, managing investor relations, and maintaining the company's vision in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Strategy:
- Define and execute the overall business strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for growth in the USA, expanding market presence and customer base.

2. R&D Management:
- Lead and mentor the Research and Development team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CEO in the cybersecurity or technology sector- A must.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market and emerging trends.
- Experience in managing and scaling teams across multiple functions, including R&D and sales- A must.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and business development in the USA- A must.
- Ability to lead with a hands-on approach while maintaining a strategic vision for the company.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
