Qualifications
To be successful in this role we expect you to have University Degree in relevant area, possibly Business Administration, Scientific Degree HR, organizational psychology or sociology. Master / MBA is a plus.
At least 4 years of relevant experience in sales training roles
At least 3 years of Sales experience in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry as a must
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Talented in probelm solving
Solid cross-functional team experience
Proven training skills- trainings for sales force would be an asset
Solid background and experience in coaching
Proven project management experience
Experience in Multi-Channel communication
Experience in commercial excellence / Sales Force Excellence would be an asset
Training Program Development course or instructional design course is a plus.
Coaching certification is an advantage
Fluency in English and Hebrew (Outstanding both written and verbal)
The role includes travels abroad for training and conferences
