As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the full talent acquisition process and ensure a smooth experience for candidates and internal teams.
Your key responsibilities include:
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Ensuring a positive candidate experience with timely communication and engagement.
Collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams.
Assisting in sourcing candidates through various channels and social media to build a candidate pipeline.
Attend, be active, and create events across Israel in order to hire top talents

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in human resources
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Unrivaled drive and determination, and can demonstrate agility in a fast moving and fast changing environment
Tech-savvy and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Proactive, resourceful, and candidate-focused.
