We are looking for a Software Engineering Team Leader to join our team and build one of the key pieces of our product, which will provide innovative capabilities as well as a powerful management interface designed for cyber-security specialists.

Responsibilities;
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of talented software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Foster a collaborative team culture that promotes innovation and excellence
Drive technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in an agile environment
Develop Silverforts orchestration
Implement and improve products visibility and management
Provide scalable, maintainable, and easy to use solution for Silverforts customers
Working closely with product, support teams and company stakeholders

A proven track record of at least 3+ years of successfully leading, mentoring, and managing teams of software engineers
High proficiency in web & server-side technologies, particularly NodeJs
At least 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
At least 3 years of developing large front-end systems in React
Experience with Typescript, an advantage
Experience working with databases and experience with Elasticsearch, an advantage
Knowledge of information security, a big advantage
Fast learner with outstanding problem-solving skills
A true team player!
A proven track record of at least 3+ years of successfully leading, mentoring, and managing teams of software engineers
