We are looking for a talented Analyst to join our Business Analysis team.
Responsibilities:
Carry out a meta-analysis for different departments and various company needs
Optimize conversion funnels based on statistical models and in-depth analysis
Deliver and promote actionable insights to stakeholders to foster data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with members of the Marketing, Business, and Product teams to elevate real-time business outcomes
Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to enhance the website's user experience significantly.
Utilize BI tools to generate valuable data
Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interfaces (business & technology)

2+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics
Strong SQL skills and experience in querying large, complex data sets
Experience with BI/Data Visualization Tools (Tableau - a big advantage)
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner
Sheer curiosity to unearth the hidden secrets within vast datasets
Experience at a leading internet company - an advantage
Knowledge of A/B testing and hypothesis testing - an advantage
Experience using Python / R for statistical analysis - an advantage
University degree - preferably B.Sc., graduated magna cum laude with outstanding grades or performance /a high psychometric score (or equivalent)
