Data Analysis: Dive deep into our game's data to uncover valuable insights, patterns, and trends. Your analyses will provide the foundation for strategic decisions.
Recommendations and Insights: Transform your data findings into actionable recommendations and conclusive insights. Your input will guide the development of in-game features, the optimization of our game's economy, and the shaping of our future product roadmap.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments within the company. Your insights will be instrumental in creating better gaming experiences, enhancing monetization strategies, and improving player retention.
Automated Reporting: Develop automated dashboards and reports to ensure that key business metrics and player experiences are readily available for the entire team. These tools will facilitate data-driven decision-making across the company.

Requirements:
B.A/B.Sc. in Statistics, Math, Engineering, or other quantitative fields
2 years of hands-on experience in a B2C business
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable recommendations
A deep-seated curiosity for understanding user behavior and the ability to navigate through uncertainty with ease
Demonstrated resourcefulness and self-motivation
Advantages:
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
Strong SQL skills for efficient data querying and manipulation.
Familiarity with Mixpanel for user analytics.
Experience with Looker or similar data visualization tools.
Understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
B.A/B.Sc. in Statistics, Math, Engineering, or other quantitative fields
