We're looking for Talent Sourcing Expert to join our Recruiting team.
You will be responsible for various channels to search potential candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
Find and engage passive candidates through the use of various search techniques, such as LinkedIn boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social network and many more
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets
Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting
Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for our positions
Conduct deep phone interviews.

Requirements:
5+ years experience as a Sourcing Expert or similar role
Proven experience in sourcing for R&D/ Product/ Analytics roles
Proven experience with vast sourcing techniques
Experience with recruiting databases and Social Media recruiting platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook and more)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
BSc in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
Previous experience with Comeet - Advantage.
