Talent Acquisition Specialist- Temporary position (7 month)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and be a vital part of our international growth and global expansion.
In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and retaining top talent while supporting our employees and ensuring a positive work environment and continuity of internal HR processes.
This temporary position will take place from October-May, 4 days a week in our Ramat Gan office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement effective global recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for open positions.
Collaborate with local and global hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic HR support throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding processes - local and global
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
Handle employee relations issues, performance management, and HR administration tasks as needed.
Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
