Client Onboarding: Lead new clients through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they start on the right foot.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze client performance, providing actionable insights to enhance their experience.
Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the client within our organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Proactive Support: Anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions to enhance their overall experience.

Requirements:
Who You Are:
Experienced Professional: Proven track record as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably within a hardware-software environment.
Fluent Communicator: High level of English proficiency with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in data analysis and performance monitoring.
Relationship Builder: Adept at building and sustaining strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
