As a Software Team Lead, youll lead a growing team of very strong software engineers, using bleeding edge technology to solve very complicated challenges. Youll be working in an extremely fast paced, and ever-changing (and growing) environment.
Finally, youll collaborate other internal teams in the company to advance our product, by delivering the right software, on time.
Responsibilities:
Leading, mentoring, and hiring software engineers
Planning and executing the development of new features
Participate in product design and feature development
Optimize applications for performance and scalability
Hands on- writing reviewing code

Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of 4+ software engineers
A production-minded individual with a focus with ability to trade-off between quality and speed.

Proficiency in Python
Experience in building backend applications in the cloud
Ability to design and implement microservices architectures
