We are looking for a Sr. Enablement Manager.
As an Enablement Manager at Adaptive Shield, you will play a pivotal role in being the first team member to lead the training and enablement initiatives in the company.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer-facing knowledge base, enablement and training initiatives for our customers. Additionally, you will oversee the training plans for our customer facing teams ( Sales, Support, CS and SE), ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional value.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience and knowledge in the Cybersecurity industry
- English as a first language
- Proven experience in knowledge management, training, or enablement roles.
- Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience in course development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
