Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the driving force behind our sales pipeline, responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads. You will play a critical role in our growth by engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. If you are a proactive, enthusiastic individual with a knack for connecting with people, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various channels including social media, industry events, and online resources.
Initial Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media interactions to engage with potential clients and introduce them to our solutions.
Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and interests of prospects to determine their suitability and readiness for further engagement with our sales team.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support ongoing sales efforts.
Maintain Data: Keep detailed and accurate records of interactions and progress with potential leads in our system.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to effectively communicate our value proposition and address client needs.
Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B software/SaaS company.
Experience working with the US market.
English Native level
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using software and other sales tools to manage and track leads.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
