VP Engineering

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate senior manager to head our groups of applications and lead the development of our SaaS solution tailored for large-scale customers in the financial service domain.
This role calls for a seasoned professional who will play a major role in elevating our platform to the next level, assuming responsibility for the development and execution plans, establishing development routines, and fostering continuous improvement and innovation while guiding our application development groups.

Key Responsibilities:
As a senior member of our R&D organization, you will own and be at the forefront of building our applicative solutions that integrate big data technologies and multi-services architecture designed for production at scale.
You will lead by example to nurture, inspire, and motivate the application groups (~60 engineers) to accomplish their development targets by fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, innovation, and positive thinking.
You are expected to balance technical products and business requirements across multiple feature developments and customer projects. To do that you will closely collaborate with product and Customer Success teams (based in Tel Aviv and the U.S.).
In this role, you will report to the CTO and partner with Platform, Product, and Delivery leaders to define the architecture and technological roadmap.
