Key Responsibilities:
Build, lead, and scale the companys engineering organization.
Define and execute the technology strategy, architecture, and development roadmap.
Lead the development of complex cybersecurity products from early-stage development through production.
Drive the integration of advanced AI capabilities into the cybersecurity platform.
Establish engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Work closely with the founders and leadership team to translate business goals into scalable technology solutions.
Maintain a balance between strategic leadership and hands-on technical involvement.

Requirements:
5+ years of leadership experience as a VP R D, VP Engineering, or R D Director.
Strong hands-on experience in both cybersecurity and AI.
Proven track record of developing complex cybersecurity products from early stage to production.
Experience building and scaling multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud technologies, and scalable SaaS platforms.
Previous experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
Ability to combine strategic vision with strong technical depth and hands-on involvement.
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of leadership experience as a VP R D, VP Engineering, or R D Director.
Strong hands-on experience in both cybersecurity and AI.
Proven track record of developing complex cybersecurity products from early stage to production.
Experience building and scaling multidisciplinary engineering teams.
