The Compensation and Benefits, and People Analytics Lead is responsible for the ongoing companys compensation and benefits programs and leveraging people analytics to drive HR strategy and decision-making. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of compensation, benefits, and HR analytics. What you will be doing:
* Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation structures.
* Conduct WW market research to ensure the company's compensation packages are competitive.
* Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
* People Analytics: Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as turnover, retention, and employee engagement.
* Strategic Decision Support: Partner with HR and business leaders to understand their needs and provide data -driven recommendations.
